Hermé Chocolate praline slices

A first try at making Pierre Hermé's really delicious chocolate praline slices.   These take a long time and more space than I have, so unfortunately I lost patience at the crucial point of cutting thin tempered chocolate and putting it all together but I just about managed a rectangle, albeit with untidy edges, and a bit of a mirror shine as you can see from the reflection of the blue pot.
